Andrew Shirley LL.M

I am an International Law Consultant based in the United States and the East African Regions of Rwanda, Ugandan, Kenya and Burundi.

Prior to this, I was the Academic Chairperson for the Criminal Justice and Paralegal Program at the Brown Mackie College Miami. I was responsible for creating the Criminal Justice and Paralegal curricula for 4 and half years respectively. I have worked on numerous projects in the International Trade Law field and has traveled extensively in Europe, Asia and Africa.

I firmly believe that fostering a positive learning environment will ensure successful learning thus leading to a successful student. In addition, I believe that the tenets of empowerment, confidence, emotional intelligence and practical work and life experiences will transform successful students into successful professionals. My hobbies include martial arts, history, anthropology, filmmaking, space law, futurism and content creation.

I earned my LLM Degree in International Law (2004), Bachelor’s Degree (2000) in Criminal Justice from St.Thomas University.
