Competency blocks:
Block 1: Strategic analysis and territorial diagnosis for the socio-economic sector. Developing system-level territorial understanding to design dynamics that adapt to short cycles and the needs of professional reorientation.
Block 2: Design and management of short-cycle solidarity projects; project design and leadership in a short-cycle model (production, consumption, redistribution).
Block 3: Support for professional transition pathways. Designing and implementing transitions toward short-cycle professional retraining.
Block 4: Measuring and marketing social and territorial impact. Measuring, analysing, and communicating the impact of a project or organization.
Assessment methods:
- Preparation of a 100-page thesis and its presentation and defence before the examination board.
